Main
  • 1.5 ounces Butterscotch Schnapps
  • 1 ounce Peanut Butter Vodka
  • 0.5 ounces Chocolate Liqueur
  • 0.5 ounces Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 0.5 ounces Cream or Half-and-Half

Equipment

  • Shot glasses (4 pieces)
  • Cocktail shaker or mixing jar
  • Measuring jigger or shot measure
  • Bar spoon or long spoon for stirring
  • Strainer
  • Small bowl for rimming (optional)

Method
 

  1. Place shot glasses and all ingredients in the freezer and chill for 10 minutes.
  2. Pour 1.5 ounces Butterscotch Schnapps into a cocktail shaker.
  3. Add 1 ounce Peanut Butter Vodka to the shaker.
  4. Add 0.5 ounces Chocolate Liqueur to the shaker.
  5. Add 0.5 ounces Bailey's Irish Cream to the shaker.
  6. Add 0.5 ounces Cream or Half-and-Half to the shaker.
  7. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  8. Strain the mixture evenly into four chilled shot glasses.
  9. Serve immediately while the shots are cold.

Notes

Serve immediately to prevent cream separation and preserve a smooth texture.
