  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and equipment before starting.
  2. Pour 1 cup ketchup into the glass jar.
  3. Add 1/2 cup vegetable oil to the jar.
  4. Add 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Add 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon paprika.
  6. Season with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  7. Seal the jar tightly and shake vigorously for 1 minute to emulsify the dressing.
  8. Open the jar, taste, and adjust seasoning with extra sugar or vinegar if desired, then shake briefly to combine.

Notes

Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, and shake before each use to re-emulsify.
