- Press each piece with a fork to create ridges.
- Bring a pot of salted water to a gentle boil; cook gnocchi until they float, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Use a slotted spoon to transfer gnocchi to a serving dish and toss with your favorite sauce.
Notes
Don't overcrowd the pot when boiling gnocchi; it can lead to uneven cooking.
