  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Wash the green beans under cold water.
  2. Trim the stem ends of the green beans.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add green beans and sauté for 3-4 minutes until bright green and crisp.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to coat the beans evenly.
  7. Drizzle in sesame oil and mix well.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
