  • Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Equipment

  • Skillet or frying pan
  • Meat mallet or rolling pin
  • Cutting board
  • Knife

Method

  1. Start by placing the minute steak between two pieces of plastic wrap.
  2. Use a meat mallet to gently pound the steak to about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Sprinkle both sides of the steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
  4. Place your skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
  5. Once the oil is shimmering, add the steak to the skillet.
  6. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  7. If using, drizzle the Worcestershire sauce over the steak during the last minute of cooking.
  8. Once cooked to your liking, transfer the steak to a cutting board and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
