Main
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 ripe bananas sliced

  3. Once thickened, remove from heat and let cool for about 10 minutes.
  4. In a baking dish or serving cups, add a layer of sliced bananas at the bottom.
  5. Pour a layer of the cooled pudding over the bananas.
  6. Sprinkle a layer of crushed Biscoff cookies over the pudding.
  7. Repeat the layering process with remaining ingredients, finishing with a layer of pudding.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Top with caramel sauce or whipped cream before serving for added flavor.
