Chicken Italiano (Hawaii Style)

For you Italian cooks out there don’t get all bent out of shape because we use Italian spaghetti sauce mix and Korean hot sauce in out Chicken Italiano. You guys gotta remember that Hawaii is a rock in the middle of the Pacific. The majority of anything fresh in Hawaii must be flown in and that makes things very expensive. It is not surprising that Hawaii people have become very creative in cooking with non-perishable items.
